RLee's Shipping Policy

SHIPPING:

All U.S. orders over $100.00 will receive FREE shipping.

For orders under $100.00, we offer Flat Rate Shipping for only $9.95. Please allow shipments 3-5 business days to be processed to ship. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has shipped.

 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. We are not responsible for damaged or defective items past our 14 day return policy. If you have received a damaged or defective item please PM us on Facebook with pictures of the defects immediately.
