Refund policy

We truly hope you love every piece you order from us.  If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 3 days of delivery.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. We are not responsible for damaged or defective items past our 14 day return policy. If you have received a damaged or defective item please PM us on Facebook with pictures of the defects immediately.


RLee's Emporium Return Policy

MAIL RETURN POLICY:

  • We accept returns for store credit only on unwashed, unworn, and unaltered items with tags attached.  Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke or pet hair.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • FINAL SALE / CLEARANCE / SEASONAL items, headwear, earrings, and bodysuits / swimsuits cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you need to send something back, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.  We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

IN STORE RETURNS:

  • WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
  • We gladly accept returns for Items that are unwashed, unworn, and have original tags attached. Items with odor, makeup, or pet hair will be rejected.
  • Returns must be within 14 days of the original purchase date and a RECEIPT MUST BE PRESENT.
  • Credit will be issued in the form of a gift certificate for the price the items were purchased at, credit will not be given for any shipping costs.
  • All returns are subject to denial if they do not meet our return policy.
  • All FINAL SALE / CLEARANCE / SEASONAL items, headwear, earrings, and bodysuits are final sale. No exceptions, no exchanges.
  • If your return does not meet our guidelines, the return is subject to denial or a restocking fee.


Dropship Return Policy
 
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.  The dropship policy states that if anything is wrong with the item, the Customer will need to notify RLee’s Emporium in 3 calendar days of receiving the item with the reason for wanting it returned.  Return shipping labels will be emailed to the Customer and will need to be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the label.  Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label.
• Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.
• Returned items must be sent in with the shipping label provided by RLee’s. Any other
methods of return will NOT be accepted.
